UTV Class Keeps Growing Across the Southwest Scene

Side-by-side UTVs have become one of the fastest growing parts of off-road racing, and the Southwest scene shows it. More racers are lining up in the class, and the fields keep getting deeper. The machines are quick, nimble, and able to take a beating, which makes for close racing both on the short-course track and out in the open desert. Newer drivers are using the class as a way into the sport, while veterans push the limits of what these machines can do. For fans, it means more action and more racing to follow on a busy calendar. The UTVs may be smaller than the trophy trucks, but the battles they put on are every bit as intense.
